Despite the challenges he has faced throughout his life, Joey continues to remain hopeful and focused on building a better future for himself. He is determined to create stability and is motivated by his dreams of a more secure and positive life ahead.
Joey is currently unhoused and working hard to find safe places to stay when he can't be at the shelter. In the middle of a genuinely difficult situation, he's doing everything he can to stay stable and supported. A YMCA membership would give Joey a safe, reliable place to go during the day, access to showers, and a sense of normalcy that's hard to come by right now- something that could make a real difference as he works toward more lasting stability.
