Elijah and his siblings have been in care for over a year now and have struggled, as many kids do, with this scary change. As the youngest of the three, Elijah has had to watch his older sister's do their best to protect him, even as they were split apart in different foster homes, they are all still eager to see each other as much as possible. Despite everything, Elijah is caring, kind, and an incredibly fast learner. Thanks to his foster home, he has found a deep love of fishing and losing himself on the water for the day, laughing and having the grandest of times. He's become a silly yet incredibly funny boy with a creative drive and the energy to keep going all day, every day!

Elijah's love of fishing knows no bounds. He could spend all day, every day on the water, soaking up everything his foster dad teaches him. It's become his favorite pastime and the best way for him to unwind after a long week at school. For his birthday, he'd be thrilled to have a brand-new pole he can use right away, and with how much time he's already spent learning the ropes, he's well on his way to becoming a real pro.
