Fostering Hope - BucksElia has had a difficult start to his life. In his short life, he spent most of his days on the streets with his birth mom, who struggles with mental health issues. He was not properly taken care of and fed baby cereal mixed with water from birth, causing him to have some challenges with his belly and feeding. He was placed with a foster family recently who has been helping him adjust to the world. He has such a big smile for a baby, and he brightens up every room he goes into!
Superheroes are a big deal in Elia's house, something he and his older foster siblings all bond over. A pack of superhero socks would let Elia join in on that shared love while keeping his little toes warm all winter long, with his favorite characters right there with him wherever he goes.
