Shannon has grown so much since she gave birth as a very young teen Mom. She graduated with honors from high school and has taken college classes. She recently lost her job due to the company relocating. She and her coach are working a plan to find a new job and extend her time in her transitional living placement. She helps her little girl with school and her efforts can be seen in the growth and learning in her bright little girl .
Shannon is 28 years old and lives in GA
Shannon is 20 years old that is currently living in a 2 bedroom apartment. She is trying to adjust to being independent and living a young adult. She is requesting new bedding or household essentials so she can make the home she shares with her little girl a cozy and warm home. Shannon is learning to be independent and wants to graduate college someday.
