Savannah would love a gift card to Target to purchase some of her very own pool toys and items to take to the park this summer. Savannah loves the warm weather and lives near a playground that the foster family plans on frequenting during summer break. Thank you for making a difference in Savannah's life! Your generosity is greatly appreciated.
Savannah is 16 years old and lives in RI
Savannah is a happy and energetic girl who is new to foster care. Savannah has done a great job adjusting to her foster home and despite her medical needs, has been flourishing. She loves to play outside and make new friends.
