Therapeutic Interagency ProgramKeaira is a baby who is working with her mom in a treatment program so that mom can learn how to care for her, hopefully preventing being placed in foster care.
Keaira has practiced on a swing at therapy and her mom loves the joy she sees on Keaira's little face when she is swinging. She would love to have a child one that she can set up outside their apartment so that Keaira can swing more often.
