Heartbreaking news. At just 3 years old, and only one month after his finalized adoption, Landon passed away. We're sure you all remember Landon, the boy with the infectious smile who entered foster care at birth and spent most of his life in and out of the hospital. A few months ago, Landon's family had a special request for him - assistance purchasing a mobility device that would give Landon the freedom to crawl on his belly and roll around while seated. Our wish granters were able to give Landon the gift of movement and boy did he LOVE it! Then we learned that shortly after this wish was granted, Landon's foster family became his forever family. Everyone was so full of joy! Sadly, on Sunday August 26 ,just one month after the happiest day of his life, this sweet and incredible little boy passed away due to complications from his medical conditions. Please help us in supporting his family with funeral and memorial expenses so they can spend time together remembering the amazing little boy who came into their life - and touched all of ours.
