Issac is asking for a scooter and helmet so that he can get around his neighborhood faster.
Issac is 15 years old and lives in CA
Issac is a fun, energetic young man. Issac loves playing outdoors and just recently started playing soccer on a team. He has been in foster care for 6 months now and is finally adjusting to the home. Isaac is a very smart young man with good grades in school.
