Jayla is 10 years old and lives in OH
Jayla and her mom recently moved out of foster care and into an Independent Living apartment together. Jayla's mom has been working hard to be independent and is doing a pretty good job. Jayla has a lot of energy, and her mom is realizing how challenging that can be now that it is just the 2 of them.
