Therapeutic Interagency ProgramElijah has been removed from his mother's care twice in his short life, and has witnessed significant domestic violence. He has had multiple placements which have made it really hard for him to bond and attach to new caregivers. Elijah is really struggling to feel safe and comfortable.
Elijah loves super heroes and has gone through many changes lately. His caregivers want to encourage him to continue to be a strong boy and help others and himself just like some of his hero action figures.
