Sebastian is having trouble with the transition to high school. He has anxiety and stress when it comes to high school and is not always getting his homework done and turned in on time. He states that focusing is his main problem and has no place of his own to go to do the work. He came up with his own solution of getting a desk and chair and it can be "his focus area". He thinks this will help him with his stress.
Sebastian is 22 years old and lives in FL
Sebastian is a freshman in high school who loves to go fishing with his dad. He plays basketball with his friends and rides his bike and can do motor sports tricks. Sebastian lives with his mother but sees his dad often. He is transitioning into high school and has had some difficulties with this process.
