Lelah's father just aged out of the system and is independent living. Lelah loves toys but unfortunately, her dad cannot give her all the toys he wished he could because he has a tight budget.
Lelah is 8 years old and lives in NJ
Lelah is a happy toddler who likes to make others laugh. She is a well behaved child and is always smiling.
