The Homes for Children CorporationCarter entered foster care with his mother when he was just one year old, and she subsequently left him in his foster placement. He is a lovable and affectionate boy who enjoys laughing and making others laugh as well. Carter loves watching sports on TV, especially football, and his favorite team is the Cleveland Browns. His sweet nature leaves a lasting impression on everyone he meets.
Carter is a very active child. He loves being outdoors and playing sports. He has played baseball and flag football in the past but would absolutely love to play soccer. He sometimes imagines to be a soccer player when he plays in the yard.
