Anthony has just been reunified with his mother after a year in foster care. He has done well in school during this stressful time and is so proud of himself. He is looking forward to seeing Winter the dolphin.

Anthony had been in foster care for over a year. His mother has been struggling with mental health issues for even longer. Anthony is an active child who loves exploring and discovering new things.
