A Mother's Day celebration for Journey who is a new mom

Journey is a currently a junior in high school and has a strong B average. Journey is looking forward to graduating next year and seeing where life takes her. Ever since becoming a new mom late last year she has been working to be her best self. She currently resides in a group home with other teen moms/moms to be. She is a great mom and serves as a mentor to moms to be. She is an exceptional mom and we would like her to feel special on Mother’s Day
Journey is 8 years old and lives in GA
Poise is a newborn little girl born to a teen mom. She is a sweet and happy baby. She and mommy have been moved twice but despite the changes, she remains calm and happy.
