Mighty Writers WestDora lives with her grandmother and her 5 siblings in West Philadelphia. She attends Cursive Writing Club at Mighty Writers West. Her mother is incarcerated and she has never meet her father. She has a great personality. She always comes to our workshops with a smile on her face. She loves writing in Cursive and learning new things. She also helps the other children in the class practice writing in Cursive.
Dora is being bullied in our workshop. She wears the same clothes every week to class, and sometimes her clothes smell. She is very self conscience about her clothes. Since she has so many siblings her grandmother is unable to purchase new clothes. She has to share her clothes with her siblings.
