Eddy's mother lost parental rights to him and his siblings a few years ago. In that span of time almost all of Eddy's siblings have been adopted, but not yet for Eddy. The professionals in Eddy's life are still working hard to find a permanent home for Eddy.
Eddy has a birthday coming up, and he's always wanted new clothes of his own, rather than hand-me-downs. This would be an amazing birthday surprise for Eddy!
