Division of Child Protection and PermanencyEdward is an amazing young man. He sets a wonderful example for his foster brother. Edward is a whiz on the computer and has stated he wants to go to college and become an engineer. He loves to talk and laugh and gets along well with others.
Edward would love a bike so he could ride around his neighborhood and make some new friends. He's a very athletic young man who also loves to play basketball. Riding his bike would also help keep Edward in shape.
