A Black Panther Costume for Saiyere who can not wait to go Trick-Or-Treating

Saiyere wants to be Black Panther for Halloween. He is finally living in a neighborhood that he is able to go Trick-Or-Treating in. He has not been trick or treating in several years. He can't wait for him and his brother to go out for the holiday.
Saiyere is 18 years old and lives in NJ
Saiyere is currently placed in his first foster home with his brother due to no fault of his own. Saiyere's mother passed away earlier this year and his father was recently incarcerated. Saiyere and his siblings were not cared for properly. Saiyere has 5 siblings, but is only placed with one of them. Saiyere is currently having a hard time adjusting to being in foster care. Just like his brother, Saiyere loves sports, especially football. Saiyere's goal is to become a professional football player. He wants to be a running back for his favorite team, the Philadelphia Eagles!!!
