The Homes for Children CorporationCarter entered foster care with his mother when he was just one year old, and she subsequently left him in his foster placement. He is a lovable and affectionate boy who enjoys laughing and making others laugh as well. Carter loves watching sports on TV, especially football, and his favorite team is the Cleveland Browns. His sweet nature leaves a lasting impression on everyone he meets.
Carter is a very smart young boy who has been given several opportunities to go back home to live with his mom. Unfortunately, she still has not learned how to properly care for him so he has to return to the system. A wonderful experience at Enchant Christmas will help him experience some magical Christmas fun during the holidays as he plans to spend another Christmas without being with his mom.
