Homes for Children CorporationCarter came into care with his mother when he was one year old. Unfortunately, she decided to leave him in his foster placement to move in with her boyfriend. Carter is a very lovable and affectionate boy who enjoys laughing and making others laugh as well. He loves watching sports on TV, especially football, and his favorite team is the Cleveland Browns. Carter is a sweet boy who leaves a lasting impression on everyone he meets.
Carter is a very smart young boy who has been given several opportunities to go back home to live with his mom. Unfortunately, she still has not learned how to properly care for him so he has to return to the system. A wonderful experience at Enchant Christmas will help him experience some magical Christmas fun during the holidays as he plans to spend another Christmas without being with his mom.
