Chrissy is a young, petite little lady who has been in foster care since she was little due to a history of abuse, neglect, and so many other traumas. She has had many suicidal attempts and negative thoughts, especially after a recent failed adoption. Chrissy has little trust in people and has a since built a wall. She has siblings throughout the system who she does not see often if at all. Chrissy is very intelligent and her favorite activity is reading.

Chrissy suffers from severe depression. She has been let down for the majority of her life. She has these walls up and trusts no one. I want for her to be able to trust, let go, and enjoy life. Chrissy is on the lazy side. She doesn't like exercise and walking. This would be a start to getting active and may encourage more exercise and outdoor activities.
