Lena is a very hardworking, motivated young adult. Lena became involved with DCPP at a very young age due to her parent's untreated mental health issues. Despite the challenges Lena has faced herself, she has shown resilience. Lena has maintained employment at a local factory and has finally moved into her own apartment. Lena recently started an online eyelash business and also loves doing hair on the side because she is able to help them feel better about themselves. Lena is a great cook and loves to clean!

Lena has expressed to the Division how grateful she would be if she were given the opportunity to attend the Radio City Christmas Spectacular in New York City during the upcoming holidays. Most of her peers are able to experience traditional holiday activities with their families; however, due to her unfortunate experiences, this is not possible.
