The foster mother chose to bring Maria with her instead of turning her back over to the state's custody. From her interaction with her foster mom, it is very evident that Maria really loves her foster mother.
Maria is a beautiful little girl who loves to watch cartoons. She is fascinated with Paw Patrol, and her favorite character is Skye. Maria would love to have a snuggle up pup to cuddle with all night long!
