Wakeen and his foster brother love to play outside. They have a scooter that they share. Wakeen would love to have a scooter of his own so that he and his brother can race all around together instead of taking turns.

Wakeen loves to play outside with best friend, his foster brother. He has come a long way from being a reserved child who didn't want to be outside, and would rather watch from the window, to being the active little guy who doesn't want to sit still.
