She is excited about her future and attending college. Noelle aims to break the barriers often faced by foster children, as they frequently fall through the cracks. She has a plan and is currently mastering it.
Noelle walks to school everyday. She doesn't mind it, but with the wintery snow coming in fast, she needs new boots to wear. Her old pair are not comfortable anymore, and she really does not want to have cold, wet feet while at school.
