Harper is an adorable baby with a sweet disposition, despite being born addicted to drugs. She has two older doting sisters and is being cared for by her loving grandmother. Harper loves to listen to her caregivers sing to her and loves to sit in the laundry basket when her grandmother is doing laundry.
