Harley's wish is to get a tablet so that he can play and learn like other kids. Having a tablet as a learning tool would be of great benefit given some of his difficulties at school.

Harley has been in and out of foster care his entire life. He struggles in school, and just wants to be like the other kids. He is a cute kid with his own sense of style. Harley loves to play soccer.
