A New Jacket for Julian who does not like to be cold

Julian is a constantly growing young boy and has just recently grown out of his winter jacket. Sadly, his mother is currently unemployed and struggling financially. She cannot afford to buy him a new winter jacket, hat or even gloves. He is in need of all these things before the weather gets even colder.
Julian is 14 years old and lives in NJ
Julian is a young boy who very well behaved. He is kind spirited and very talkative. He has always taken a back seat to his brother; often putting his own needs aside because his brother requires a lot of attention due to his special needs. Julian, although younger than his brother, has taken on a more nurturing role in his family that might traditionally be the responsibility of an older sibling. He loves arts and crafts and aspires to someday become an artist.
