Kayla is turning 11 next month! She asked for a new swimsuit for her birthday. She's our shelter's budding rock star, which means she needs to be dressed to the nines all the time, including at the pool! She definitely has style and this flashy rainbow swimsuit is exactly her style! She's so excited to strut her stuff at the pool in this!
