In honor of Thomas' incredible fight we would love to have flowers at his services.
Thomas is 17 years old and lives in NJ
Thomas is a sweet young boy who entered foster care earlier this year. He has Huntington's Disease and sadly, it has progressed too far for any further treatment. He is spending his last days in the hospital, with family and friends close by.
