Water balloons for James to play with his friends

Nothing could be better than an old fashioned water balloon fight! James has never thrown a water balloon, let alone had a full blown water balloon fight. We believe this is a needed childhood experience! He would have a blast, pun intended, throwing water balloons about the backyard with all of his friends.
James is 10 years old and lives in Kerrville, TX
James is an amazing kid. He is always full of smiles and laughter despite all he's been through. He's a hard worker in school and always polite at home. He loves to run around the backyard and go swimming in the pool. His favorite subject in school is science.
