Fatima is an older youth. She has endured so many levels of abuse which started from a very young age. She struggles with severe depression, PTSD, and anxiety on a daily basis. Despite her struggles she still manages to hold on to some hope for her future. Fatima is very driven and would love to go to college to do something in social services or art. She deals with all this but still manages to work and help her mom pay the bills as well as cares for her when she has been ill. Fatima works hard but in her spare time she finds that art and creating art calms her body and her mind too. She is an active spirit and enjoys the outdoors and finds joy in watching birds and butterflies. She would really like to draw the birds and color with the beautiful colors in butterflies wings.
