Yvette is a hardworking young girl who is moving into her first college apartment, and she would be very grateful to receive a new bed. They say we spend about one-third of our lives in bed, everyone deserves a nice comfy bed to sleep -- especially when they're studying for long hours! Please help Yvette and make her wish come true.
Yvette is 23 years old and lives in CA
Yvette is a freshman at university. In high school she was very involved in marching band and competed at a very high level at many regional and state tournaments. With Yvette and her sister (both foster youth) attending four-year universities they are beating many odds as foster youth pursuing college degrees. It is still too early to tell what Yvette wants to do after graduation, but she is very hardworking and has many interests (i.e. art, science, music) whatever she does we are sure she will be successful.
