Alexander is a bright child who loves to sing and dance. He has struggled with bullying due to his sexual orientation and is working very hard on learning to manage emotional reactions and increase his sense of self-worth. He is a delight to be around but unfortunately his anger has resulted in the need for out of home placement as his mother is unable to manage him at home. Given an enriching environment and access to treatment daily he is thriving and working on building resiliency and coping skills that will take him successfully through life. He loves singing, dancing, magic, and is learning to play basketball.

Alexander loves to read. He is working hard on finding a variety of coping skills that will help him to manage his anger and other emotional reactions. He is practicing belly-breathing and 5-sense grounding, and knows who to ask for help at school and home, but is looking for other things to help. He remembered having Book 1 in this series which he loved, but he lost the book. He said having something like this, which he really enjoys, would help him have an outlet to use during tough times. He did not realize there are now at least SIX books in the series! He is hoping someone will get him the entire series of books so he never runs out of reading something he loves.
