K'STAR Inc.Kathlene is an adorable little girl. She has a very goofy personality and it makes her hilarious. She immediately walked in and said 'Wow, this place is just adorable!' She is an awesome big sister for her little brother who also came with her. They have been bounced around foster families for a while and they're happy to be settled somewhere for a good amount of time. She loves playing outside in the backyard and she also loves to read, especially Junie B Jones books!
Kathlene loves to dress up and she is extra excited to dress up for the first day of school! She really loves these multicolored hair bows and wants to wear one for her special day! She has her outfit all picked out and now she's deciding exactly how she wants her hair done. She's thinking a beautiful braid like Elsa, of course, and these bows would go perfect with it!
