A Shopping Trip for Stacey who needs clothing for the start of a new school year

Posted Aug 27, 2019
Stacey came to New Jersey with nothing much in her back pack. A shopping spree could really help her with some much needed necessities and clothing. Stacey has never been able to go to the store to pick out her own clothes before and would love to do so. It would give her the confidence boost she needs to excel this school year!

Stacey is 22 years old and lives in NJ

Stacey is an amazing young women. She entered into foster care as a run-away. Stacey had lived in West Virginia and thought running away from years of abuse and neglect due to her mother’s drug addiction could be solved by leaving the only home she knew. Things are now turning around for her. She is back at school and hopeful that a family member is going to give her a new life back in her home state of West Virginia. This may take some time. She is very patient and is working on her own self-care. She likes New Jersey but wants badly to return to West Virginia as she misses her friends. Stacey would like to be a veterinarian when she grows up and likes to spend her down time with animals. Stacey is a very kind and caring young women.
