A Bike for Stephan who loves Lance Armstrong

Stephan is learning about Lance Armstrong and other sport greats in school. He was so excited to hear that cycling is a sport and now he is determined to be the next great cyclist! He needs to start with getting a bike to practice on first. He wishes to get a bicycle so he can practice going faster and faster to hopefully one day win The Tour de France!
Stephan is 14 years old and lives in TX
Stephan is incredibly smart! He can talk to you for hours about the constellations or dinosaurs. He has an amazing vocabulary, extremely advanced for his age. He loves riding his bike around outside and goofing around with his older brothers. He's very excited to go to the pool and the movies over the summer, a first time for both! He is a pleasure to have at our shelter.
