A Car Seat for Julie who loves her family

Julie is going to a family reunion for her birthday! She recently found out that she has half-siblings who are also in foster care. She gets to go meet them for the first time on her birthday, when they all get together at an amusement park hours away. She is beyond excited to meet her 'new family', and celebrate her new older sisters birthday as well as her own. Now all she needs is a car seat to safely travel in.
Julie is 9 years old and lives in TX
Julie is sweet and smart. She loves everything to do with all animals. She recently went to the zoo for the first time and now she wants to be a zoologist when she grows up, specifically working with the big cats, which was her favorite animal. She is always curious, asking questions, and always a big help around the shelter.
