Chelsea is working hard to live independently; she is working full-time but some months it's a struggle to pay all her bills when unexpected expenses come up. She needs help paying her outstanding electric bill before her electricity is shut off.
Chelsea is 26 years old and lives in NJ
Chelsea is putting herself through school and is attending her local county college pursuing culinary education. She plans to become a chef. In her spare time, she enjoys being outdoors and active; but is also a movie buff. She is on her way to becoming independent and self-sufficient.
