Kathlene is an adorable little girl. She has a very goofy personality and it makes her hilarious. She immediately walked in and said 'Wow, this place is just adorable!' She is an awesome big sister for her little brother who also came with her. They have been bounced around foster families for a while and they're happy to be settled somewhere for a good amount of time. She loves playing outside in the backyard and she also loves to read, especially Junie B Jones books!

Kathlene is so excited for Halloween, it is all she has been talking about. She got to pick out her most desired witch costume and she looks spookily fabulous! She wants to really go all out with face paint and everything! She said the only thing she is missing is her nails done.
