A Winter Coat to keep Diamond warm and cozy

Diamond only gets a small clothing once per year through foster care and really needs a winter coat. She works hard at school and works part-time and could really use a nice coat to be warm.
Diamond is 20 years old and lives in GA
Diamond is in high school and eagerly participates in JROTC. She’s an A & B honor roll student and desires to be the Valedictorian of her graduating class. She’s a great mom and loves spending time with her son.
