It was the time away from her parents and not being able to live with them and see them everyday is what Candace says is the most challenging moment in Foster Care for her. Having to have supervised visits with her grandmother and back to school nights when she was in middle school that her parents were not able to attend. Although, it did make her become stronger and more independent while growing up. Candace is now a loving, doting mother to two beautiful boys and thrives in life!

Candace adores her boys. She wants to give them the world. Unfortunately with funds being so tight, they mostly get hand me down clothing. Candace would love to be able to go shopping to pick out some new clothing and shoes for the boys for Christmas.
