Kris is a young man who struggles daily to overcome a terrible past. Recently, he was successfully discharged from a residential facility where he learned ways to cope without resorting to negative and sometimes volatile behaviors. He has spent the majority of his life as a ward of the state and doesn't know the love of a parent. Despite this, he is doing very well at the moment. He is a big fan of Star Wars and all things superhero. He loves supreme pizza, enjoys playing basketball, and doing outdoor activities with his friends. He would like to join the military and intends to pursue this upon graduation.

Winters in northern Indiana can be brutal! Kris was, unfortunately, abruptly removed from his placement recently and is having trouble recovering his belongings. He walks to school and would really love to have a warm coat. Let's help make his "commute" warm and toasty. He would greatly appreciate it!
