Therapeutic Interagency ProgramPenelope has a ton of energy! She keeps everyone in the house busy, and no matter how active the family is, she always has more energy to burn! She is usually happy but has very intense feelings of anger and frustration, too. She likes to keep everyone on their toes!
Penelope is so active and busy. Her aunt is always trying to find ways to keep her busy with gross motor activities to help her use up that energy! This balance bike will be a fun way to ride around indoors this winter and then outdoors this summer.
