A Laptop for Sean who is working on coping skills

Sean is requesting a laptop to replace the one his father got him that no longer works. He gets the privilege of using the laptop in the morning at the daycare in order to keep him calm and occupied until his school bus comes. This is used as a coping skill. He is easily frustrated by other children so having access to his laptop helps him focus on something other than the younger kids.
Sean is 14 years old and lives in NJ
Sean is a very energetic and caring young boy. Sean needed to be separated from his sister because she was antagonizing him which was causing him to act out towards the family he was with. Sean is now the only child in the home and is doing very well. He is shy and wary of new people but is opening up in therapy to overcome his past.
