Laptop for Rae to help finish college

Rae walked in her graduation ceremony this summer, but was informed afterwards that she had one more elective needed to receive her diploma. Rae has been diagnosed with MS and was in a car accident last year, which combined have taken a toll on her body. Therefore, she enrolled for an online course to finish her degree. However, Rae only has the use of her boyfriend's computer, and worries she wont be able to fully commit to the class if she does not have access to her own computer at home. Please help Rae graduate and receive her diploma!
Rae is 30 years old and lives in NY
Rae is a former foster youth who is currently residing on her own in a studio in NYC public housing. Rae was diagnosed with MS a few years ago, and struggles with her health at times. She hopes to work in Human Resources, as she loves helping others and linking people with career opportunities. She advocates for youth in care and sees herself as a 'foster care ambassador'
