A Birthday Dinner for Jordynn who is very sick

Jordynn went to the doctor a few months ago to inquire about the pain and knots in her leg, only to be hospitalized and discharged without a diagnoses This has been going on for months. She was recently diagnosed with lupus and sepsis and has been in and out out of the hospital on a weekly basis. Jordynn is a very independent person and would love to work, however due to her frequent hospitalizations she has not been able to hold down a job. Jordynn's one wish this year is to celebrate her 22nd birthday in a big way. She would love to go out to a fancy dinner with a friend and just enjoy a hospital and medical free night. Jordynn has had an extremely rough year, but she refuses to let these diagnosis define her.
Jordynn is 26 years old and lives in TX
Jordynn recently decided to enter extended foster care and has been diagnosed with Antiphospholipid (APL) syndrome. A diagnosis in which her blood to clots everywhere in her body. Her legs and feet are often so swollen she can hardly get socks or slippers on let alone walk around. She is frequently in the hospital battling sepsis as well as other issues caused by APL. Jordynn refuses to let her diagnosis define her and is constantly trying to look at the brighter things in life.
