This baby carrier would allow Cobain's foster mom to keep him close at all times, helping him develop and regulate his nervous system, feel calm and safe, and bond with his foster mom. All of his other essential needs are met through the state, however this is not considered an essential item.

Cobain is an adorable and active toddler! He is all over and keeps his foster family on their toes. They love him and enjoy watching him grow so much!
