She is excited about her future and attending college. Noelle aims to break the barriers often faced by foster children, as they frequently fall through the cracks. She has a plan and is currently mastering it.
Noelle loves playing outside with her friends. They all have a ton of fun things to ride on and are awesome at sharing with Noelle. This year when she was asked what she wanted for Christmas, Noelle said a hoverboard! Having one will allow her to ride all around her neighborhood with her friends!
