Quincy came into Foster Care due to significant abuse and neglect. His story is unfortunately the worst the county has ever seen. Quincy is a sweet young boy who has a long road ahead of him especially with verbally limited and only saying 'Thank You'. With the endless outpouring of love and support, Quincy will soon be traveling that road with a ton of supporters!

Quincy loves school and loves learning how to read. He would love a leapfrog learning system to help him continue learning as much as possible!
